Objective of the Study Programme
The courses are aimed at developing the skills, knowledge and attitude of the participants for the purpose of equipping them to handle their managerial responsibilities effectively. The online format enables them to do the course even while they are working. The specific objectives are:-
- To give an overview and the legal frame work of NPO Sector
- To encourage the participants to handle managerial responsibilities from a Biblical perspective
- To equip the participants to effectively handle their managerial functions
- To enable them to take up the challenges of Organisational Change & Development
Eligibility
The programme is offered at the Masters level. The eligibility to join the course is Graduation in any subject including theology (Serampore / ATA). There is a provision to admit Non-Graduates with 2 years of ministry experience with fluency in English.
